Create the account
The waiter downloads MyTips and creates an account with their phone number. Once, forever — identity belongs to the person, not the venue.

The manager adds them in QRSmartPoint and assigns the tables or zone they cover.

Orders, calls and tips appear instantly in MyTips. The wallet fills up in real time.
How the tip reaches you
The customer scans the QR code at the table, picks an amount and pays. The tip lands instantly in your MyTips wallet — you see the notification on your phone and a new entry in the history, all within seconds. Card payments include the tip directly, so "card payment → zero tip" stops being a problem.
How you get your money
Payout to a MAIB card is instant — the money arrives within seconds, 24/7, weekends and holidays included. For other banks, withdrawal takes from a few minutes to one business day. There is also a web cabinet for reports and withdrawals from the browser.
